Yunusbhai began his culinary journey in a star-rated Mumbai hotel, mastering Mughlai cooking. Later, he moved to Anand, Gujarat, where he faced new challenges but found his true passion in the food industry. Specializing in haleem, his family became known as the "Haleem Wala" in the community. Yunusbhai expanded into biryanis cooked traditionally in earthen pots, offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian options like paneer, eggs, fish curries, and Bombay-style biryani.
All dishes are slow-cooked on a traditional chulha, enhancing flavors naturally. Known for impeccable hygiene, his kitchen separates vessels for veg, non-veg, and Swaminarayan-special biryanis. Awarded Zomato’s Best Biryani 2024, Yunusbhai’s passion and skill create unforgettable meals that connect tradition with taste.
